Senior Manager – Direct Sales

Location: 
Mumbai / Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently from a remote location.
  • Independently identify and develop a strong pipeline of prospective clients in the approved merchant segment
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales funnel, tracking opportunities from lead generation to closure.
  • Conduct targeted outreach through cold calls, referrals, networking, and industry events.
  • Coordinate virtually with cross-functional teams (product, operations, and technology) to ensure smooth implementation and integration of payment solutions.
  • Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing, and commercials, ensuring mutual benefits and alignment with company objectives on pricing strategy ( net Income )
  • Provide regular updates on pipeline progress, milestones, and forecasts while working remotely.
  • Should be proactive in conducting meeting and visiting merchant on regular basis.

Experience:

  • 5+ years in a similar role in large Merchant acquisition role , with at least 3+ years in Payment fintech domain is essential.
